How do I place a service call when a covered item fails?


It is very easy. You can either place your claim online or call us at 800.992.3400, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we will take your service request by phone and dispatch a service work order to an independent service technician in your area.

How soon will a contractor schedule an appointment for my system or appliance failure?


In most cases, the independent service provider will contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours to schedule a mutually convenient appointment.

Will I have to pay any type of fee when I place a service call?


Yes. When you place a service call you pay the service technician a Service Trade Call Fee which typically ranges from $50 to $100 per visit depending on the plan you select.
