My level of satisfaction with First American Home Warranty, one to ten, ten being best - I would give it a ten. It's great to be a homeowner because you have the freedom of having your own property. The downside of being a homeowner is you're responsible for every little thing that could go wrong in the house. But with First American, I know I can pay a small fee and I'm going to get the problem repaired or replaced. If I had a phrase to describe what I get from First American, it's peace of mind. Everyday life depends on it. I've recommended First American to my friends because I've seen them pay exorbitant fees to electricians and plumbers when they contact them directly.

The customer service is really great. You know if we had to, change an appointment, or move a time slot back or anything like that, they were super easy to get a hold of and, super nice and just willing to work with you. It's really nice to be able to have our home as a space where we can relax and we don't have to worry about anything. We know that if something does happen, we have that peace of mind to know that, all it takes is a phone call or a minute to jump on the website and we could have a solution. We would absolutely recommend First American to any first-time homeowner, just anybody that needs that reassurance. You never know what you're going to get when you buy a new home, doesn't matter if it's brand spanking new or built 30 years ago, it's nice to have that reassurance that if something goes wrong, someone will be there.

Using First American over the years has saved me thousands of dollars. I would, and I have, recommended First American numerous times to friends, family, and pretty much anybody that would ask. I'm the homeowner here. We've been here for 17 years, and we've been with First American the entire time. We signed up when we first bought the house, and we've been with them ever since. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I would say the most stressful part of being a homeowner would have to be things breaking around the house, and it's so nice knowing First American has my back, because I can come home and continue my day without worrying about anything. When I call it usually takes about 24 to 48 hours for a technician to come out at most, and after they come out to fix the problem, they might need to come back at a separate time to bring back a different piece, but it usually gets fixed up within two to three days. For me, it's a very easy process to have them come back. They don't book the appointment with me there, they call me shortly after once they get the piece and they schedule the appointment then, so it's usually about a day or two after that. I would highly recommend First American, for the first time, or for any homeowner. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been very happy with First American for more than 15 years. In the middle of the summer, the air conditioner stopped working, and in San Fernando Valley, you don't want that at all. So we call First American; they sent a gentleman. He fixed it, and it never acted bad again. If I didn't have a First American Home Warranty Plan, it would've cost a lot of money, a lot of aggravation, and I really wouldn't know if the problem would be taken care of professionally.

The home warranty allows you to sit back and let First American do all the work. All you have to do is schedule an appointment. So it's not just peace of mind, but it's a time-saver, money-saver, everything. It just really streamlines the whole process when an issue comes up.
