International Use

The Site is operated in the United States. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your Personal Information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to laws of the United States. By using the Site or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended solely for adults and is not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. Special Notice to California Residents

Customers residing in California who have submitted Personal Information to us may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. All requests for disclosure information must be submitted to us at Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of Personal Information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties.

California and Delaware Do Not Track Disclosures

Various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services (e.g., browser do not track signals). Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to these signals or other mechanisms.

Business Transfers
