First Class Upgrade

First Class Upgrade

Adding a First Class Upgrade can also provide your clients with additional financial security, protecting budgets from hassles and expenses related to:

  • Building permits and limited upgrades required by building codes.
  • Improper installations and modifications completed prior to coverage period without clients' knowledge.
  • Recapture and removal of refrigerant, and disposal of appliances, systems, or components we replace.

The First Class Upgrade can be added to our Basic plan, and it is included in our Eagle Premier plans.

First Class Plus Upgrade

First Class Plus Upgrade 

This great new addition to the First Class Upgrade provides with an added allowance for correcting code violations and making modifications when repairing or replacing covered items. It also adds coverage for glycol and oil furnaces. For home buyers only.

Repairing leaks or breaks to water, drain, or gas plumbing can be expensive when the pipes are encased in concrete, or outside the home’s foundation. Extend protection to cover these issues, as well as coverage for water heater expansion tanks, the installation of ground-level cleanouts, and clearing of stoppages caused by roots.
