Oregon Home Warranty
If you’re like most people in Oregon, your home is the most valuable asset you own. For this reason, making sure that it is protected is a top priority for homeowners.
While homeowners insurance provides some security, it doesn’t protect your home systems or appliances when they break. Problems with these items can often cost hundreds to thousands of dollars to fix or replace, which can put a huge strain on your budget. With an Oregon home warranty plan from First American you can rest assured knowing that your covered appliances and home systems can be repaired or replaced when they break down. In most cases, all you may pay is a low, fixed service fee for the visit.
I'd like to get home warranty coverage. How do I find a quote that fits my budget?
How Oregon Home Warranties Work
When you work with one of the top-rated Oregon home warranty companies, First American Home Warranty, you get the peace of mind knowing that your budget is protected when a covered item breaks. Getting started is simple:
Get a quote for a plan that is right for you and your home’s important systems and appliances. You can customize the plan based on your individual needs by adding coverage options that provide extra protection.
Select a monthly or annual payment option, and secure your coverage immediately. You won’t be charged for a full 30 days. There’s also no inspection required to receive your warranty, and no age limit on the covered items, provided they are in safe working order when coverage begins.
Your coverage becomes active when we receive your payment. Then, when a covered item fails, you’ll know that you can call or go online 24/7 to request service. We’ll assign a contractor to diagnose the issue and repair or replace the item. It’s that easy.

First American Reviews
At First American, we’re proud to say that we are one of the best home warranty companies in Oregon, with happy customers across the nation who are willing to vouch for our services. Here are just a few reviews from our satisfied customers in Oregon:
I had three separate transactions with First American. All were great. It was smooth and easy to navigate and best of all closed on time. They accommodated my out of town travel and were helpful over the phone as well. Great overall experience.
First American has been great. We got the warranty as a guard against future expenses, and every time we’ve had an issue, First American has taken care of it. I've called them for claims, talked to their agent and told them what the issue was, and usually, within 24 to 48 hours, there’s a contractor out to address the issue. Their contractors have always been polite and they do excellent work. Whatever the issue has been, it has always been resolved. Overall, I've had a very satisfying experience with First American.
Our oven would not work and it was frustrating. I remembered we had a home warranty. The contractor was so knowledgeable and detected the problem after searching. He was so respectable and kept the area clean. I was very impressed with how well he knew the parts and running of the oven side and out.
